ARE is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Communications and Events Intern to support its communications and event activities.

Main Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ฑ Create content for digital marketing and communications channels

๐ŸŽฅ Support communications for events and webinars

๐Ÿ“จ Assist with email campaigns and weekly alerts

๐ŸŽช Support the organisation of ARE's flagship event

๐Ÿค Support the coordination of event service providers

๐Ÿ’ฌ Support liaising with event participants

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Support the management of the event platform and participants list

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Provide ad hoc administrative support

๐ŸŒ Support the management of the jobs and tenders platforms on the ARE website

Profile

๐ŸŽ“ Currently studying or recently graduated in communications, marketing, or a related field

๐Ÿ›‚ Eligible to undertake an internship in Belgium

โšก Interested in clean energy and renewable energy topics

๐Ÿš€ Eager to learn, with a proactive and hands-on attitude

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset

๐ŸŽจ Knowledge of Canva is required

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Knowledge of WordPress and Constant Contact, or other mailing tools, is considered an asset
