Fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities closing 17 to 25 August: 20 of them, across 12 countries plus two fully online courses, and every residential one covering your travel and your stay. This is a rich, varied round with something for almost everyone who works with or cares about young people. There are training courses on outdoor education in Hungary, autism inclusion in Slovenia, storytelling and embodiment in Czechia, and turning board games into learning in Cyprus; youth exchanges on digital wellbeing, reforestation and Western Balkans identity; conferences on inclusion and the green transition in France; seminars on Nordic cooperation in Iceland and European citizenship in the Basque Country; a mental-health partnership event in Spain; and two free online courses on democracy and EU youth dialogue. Most are for youth workers, trainers and facilitators, a few are for young participants, and the online ones are open to anyone. Whichever you are, there is a real deadline here between 17 and 25 August.
Here is how to find your fit. If you are a youth worker or trainer, the nine training courses, two seminars, two conferences and the partnership-building activity are aimed squarely at you, and several count wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability among their themes. If you are a young person after an experience, the four youth exchanges (digital reset in Hungary, identity in Albania, and two reforestation projects in Romania) are your lane. And if you just want to learn from home, the two online courses are free and open. A few have specific eligibility, the Iceland seminar is for Nordic residents only, and some list a fixed set of countries, so read the eligibility line on each before applying.
On funding, these are Erasmus+ mobilities, which means fully funded in the practical sense: for the in-person ones, accommodation and food are covered and travel is reimbursed up to a distance-based grant; the two online courses are simply free to join. To take part in the residential courses you generally need to be over 18 and connected to a sending organisation in your country. You can browse more fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities across the site at youthworkshub.org. The list is ordered soonest-first, and the earliest close on 17 August, so start at the top.

Twenty fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities, twelve countries and two online courses, all closing in the same nine-day window. If you read this far, one already fits how you work or what you care about, whether that is an outdoor-education or storytelling course to refresh your practice, an inclusion-focused training on autism or young parents, a youth exchange that turns climate worry into planted trees, or a free online course you can start from your sofa. This round leans into wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability, the priorities shaping youth work right now, so it is a strong moment to invest in your own skills or send a young person on an experience that sticks. Just check the format and eligibility on each: some are for youth workers, some for young participants, one is Nordic-only, and two are open to everyone online.
The deadlines are tight and staggered, the earliest on 17 August and the latest on 25 August, and the courses with the widest eligibility fill fastest, so move on your pick now rather than later. Before you apply, confirm you meet the eligibility and, for the residential courses, that you have or can find a sending organisation. If you are new to Erasmus+ or want to line up your next few, browse more and get oriented at youthworkshub.org. And if you would rather these reach you the moment they open, join our broadcast channel through the link in our bio, where every new batch drops first.
