Do you constantly say "I'll do it tomorrow"? Maybe it is time to tame your time. Time Tamer is an Erasmus+ Training Course (part of KA210) that brings together 40 young people from across Europe to explore the causes of procrastination and develop practical strategies for improving productivity, self-discipline and time management.
Project Background
Procrastination has become one of the most common challenges among young people, affecting their academic performance, productivity, well-being and personal development. Factors such as stress, anxiety, perfectionism, poor time management and constant digital distractions often lead to delaying important tasks, creating a cycle of avoidance and reduced motivation. The Time Tamer project was created to address these challenges by raising awareness of procrastination and equipping young people with practical tools to improve time management, self-discipline, focus and productivity. Through non-formal education and international cooperation, the project empowers participants to build healthier habits and take greater control of their personal and professional lives.

During the training, participants will take part in interactive workshops, simulations, role-plays, team challenges and practical activities focused on goal setting, effective planning, motivation and overcoming procrastination.
