🤝 Join the effort to uplift rural communities in the West Nile region of Uganda through the “Community Development and Social Worker Specialist” project hosted by EMOTER.
🌍 Activity Description: The West Nile region, particularly its rural areas, faces high levels of poverty, leading to limited access to basic healthcare, education, and job opportunities. EMOTER aims to break this cycle of hardship by improving access to healthcare, providing health education, and offering skills development training. This project will have a significant impact on the well-being of rural communities in the Districts of Pakwach, Arua, and Nebbi.
👩🔧 Participant Profile: They are looking for individuals with education or work experience in relevant disciplines such as project management, development studies, and social work. Knowledge of community development practices and tools is desirable. Skills in tailoring, design, building, or digital media are advantageous. Work experience in community development and reporting in a CBO/NGO setting is also a plus.
