๐ฏ ABOUT THE PROJECT
The European Forum of Youth (EFM) is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join its 6-month ESC project in Poland! ๐ฑ You will be part of an international NGO, working on youth development, active citizenship, and non-formal education. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, communication, and community engagement while working with young people.
๐ก WHAT WILL YOU DO?
โ๏ธ Organizing youth activities & non-formal education workshops
โ๏ธ Writing articles, promotional materials, and project content
โ๏ธ Managing social media, creating videos & podcasts
โ๏ธ Helping with event planning and logistics
โ๏ธ Supporting YouthMaSter education seminars in schools
โ๏ธ Assisting in office work, maintaining the NGO space & garden
โ๏ธ Engaging with the local community through cultural initiatives
๐ก ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRANSPORT
โจ Housing: You will live in a shared house in Dลugopole Gรณrne, a small village near Bystrzyca Kลodzka. The house has fully equipped rooms, a kitchen, a garden, and access to bikes for daily commuting.
โจ Food & Pocket Money: Volunteers receive a monthly allowance for food and daily expenses.
โจ Travel Expenses: Your transport costs will be reimbursed based on Erasmus+ funding rules.
โจ Training & Mentorship: You will get orientation training, mid-term evaluations, and continuous mentorship to support your development.
