A leading VET school in the heart of Málaga’s tech ecosystem, students learning game development, AI, cybersecurity, and robotics, and a volunteer role that sits right in the middle of it all. This ESC placement is for someone who is excited about technology, education, and international cooperation — and wants to experience all three at once.

CPIFP Alan Turing is a vocational education and training school based in Málaga Tech Park — home to over 600 tech companies — and has been active in international projects since 1987. As an ESC volunteer, you will work alongside teachers, students, and staff to co-create a multicultural learning environment focused on empowering young IT students.

What Is This Role About?

The volunteer role is varied and genuinely dynamic. You will support international project work, run workshops, create content, and engage with students across cutting-edge tech fields. This is a placement that rewards creativity, independence, and genuine curiosity about education and technology.

Activities

🌍 Supporting Erasmus+ and international projects at the school

🗣️ Running workshops on soft skills and English communication for IT students

📱 Creating content for social media and digital marketing

🎭 Engaging in cultural activities and youth participation initiatives

🤖 Contributing to innovative fields including game development, AI, cybersecurity, and robotics

🤝 Working alongside teachers, students, and staff to co-create a multicultural learning environment

Who Should Apply?

🔹 Motivated, responsible, and creative

🔹 English fluency at B2 minimum — required in both speaking and writing

Accommodation & Practical Details

🏠 Private room in a shared apartment with other volunteers — utilities included

💶 Food allowance: €150 per month

💶 Pocket money: €180 per month + €50 per month from the hosting organisation

🚌 Monthly bus card for commuting to work

✈️ Travel costs reimbursed from the city of origin to Málaga and back

⏱️ Working hours: approximately 25 to 30 hours per week — usually distributed in the morning
