Hi-Life is a modern German jewellery and accessories brand operating through hilifeshop.com and physical retail stores across Germany. They are focused on e-commerce growth, retail expansion, and efficient day-to-day operations — and this internship sits right at the centre of that.

📋 Your Responsibilities

⚙️ Business Operations

🗂️ Assist with daily operational tasks across departments

🔗 Support internal coordination between marketing, retail, logistics, and management

🔧 Help improve workflows and business processes

📁 Maintain organised documents, files, and internal systems

🧑‍💼 Management Support

📅 Assist with scheduling, planning, and task coordination

✅ Follow up on ongoing projects and deadlines

📊 Support reporting, data tracking, and progress updates

🔍 Help management with research and decision-support tasks

📈 Administrative and Growth Support

📊 Work with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and planning

📧 Support communication with partners, suppliers, and service providers

🚀 Assist with new projects and growth initiatives

🧩 Help solve operational challenges in a structured way

✅ Your Profile

💼 Strong interest in business, management, or operations

🗂️ Organised, reliable, and proactive

💻 Good computer skills — confident with Excel and Google Sheets

📧 Professional email communication skills

🗣️ Fluent English — German is a plus but not required

🔍 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

✅ No prior experience required — motivation, responsibility, and willingness to learn matter most
