Aloja Starkelsen is a Latvian company on a mission to create measurably low-impact sustainable ingredient solutionsfor the global food and feed market. Working closely with customers and using science to customise ingredient solutions, Aloja focuses on mild processing and sustainable agricultural practices — preserving the natural characteristics of raw materials in the final product. Their operations are based close to the growing fields for potato, pea, and fava bean crops.

📋 Your Responsibilities

🤝 Act as an internal liaison with R&D, QA, logistics, production, and finance teams

🌍 Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration — both internally and with customer-side teams

🏭 Develop an understanding of how food manufacturing companies operate in practice — with a focus on R&D cooperation and customer co-development projects

💼 Acquire hands-on experience in B2B sales within the modern food ingredients industry

✅ Your Profile

🎓 Graduated or graduating in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field

🗣️ English B2 or higher

💡 Motivated, engaged, and ready to be an active member of the Sales team
