And a small, dynamic team that needs someone who can create content on the road just as comfortably as they can plan operations from a desk. Visionreisen is a growing travel company looking for a motivated Erasmus+ intern to support both their marketing and daily operations in Germany.

Visionreisen specialises in day trips, group travel, and curated experiences based in Germany. They work with families, schools, and corporate clients — and they’re building their social media presence while running real trips at the same time. This internship sits right at that intersection.

📋 Your Responsibilities

📱 Create engaging content for social media — Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Stories

📋 Support the planning and execution of social media strategies

🗂️ Assist in organising trips and daily operations

📄 Prepare participant lists and travel documents

💬 Communicate with customers before and during trips

🚌 Support the coordination of tours to ensure smooth operations

🎬 Participate in trips and create live content on-site

✅ Your Profile

🎓 Eligible for an Erasmus+ internship

📱 Interest in social media, tourism, and operations

🗂️ Organised, reliable, and communicative

🎨 Creative mindset with basic content creation skills

🗣️ Good command of English (B2 level) — German or Turkish is a plus

🤝 Comfortable interacting with people and managing groups
