Last year it worked. So they’re doing it again โ and this time they want 30 volunteers to come to the mountains of southern Poland and help plan, organise, and run the Maลopolski Youth Festival from scratch. If you’ve ever wanted to know what it actually takes to put a festival together โ the event management, the media strategy, the community engagement, the on-the-ground coordination โ this is a rare chance to find out by doing it for real.
