About the Internship

This is a community-based, field-focused internship centered on climate justice, housing rights, and social inclusion.

You won’t be working in a traditional office. Most of the work happens in public spaces, directly with people, combining research, activism, and creative communication.

Role Overview

You’ll be involved in both fieldwork and project development, working closely with communities and the core team.

What You’ll Do

🌍 Engaging with young people and communities in public spaces
🎭 Participating in street actions, interventions, and community activities
🧠 Conducting qualitative research and interviews
🎙️ Creating podcasts and multimedia content
📚 Planning and facilitating workshops on climate and housing topics
📢 Producing videos, articles, and communication materials
📊 Supporting grant writing and project development
🤝 Collaborating with volunteers and supporting their initiatives

Working Style

Requirements

🎓 Background or interest in climate change, housing, social justice or related fields
🗣️ Comfortable interacting with people in public environments
🎨 Open to interdisciplinary work (media, workshops, research)
🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team
📌 Willingness to appear in project media (photos/videos)
