About the Internship

This is a multi-functional internship where you won’t be limited to a single department. You’ll be involved in HR, business development, project work, and marketing, giving you a broad understanding of how a company operates.

You can join the team either in Ostrava (Czech Republic) or Munich (Germany), working in a fast-paced, international environment where interns are expected to contribute from day one.

Role Overview

You’ll support different business functions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational work.

What You’ll Do

📊 Conducting research and preparing analyses
📈 Performing market and competitor research
📢 Supporting marketing activities and campaigns
📄 Preparing reports and presentations for management
👥 Assisting HR tasks such as recruitment, job postings, and interviews
🗂️ Handling administrative and operational tasks
💡 Contributing ideas for new strategies and improvements

Requirements

🎓 Student or recent graduate
