About the Project

This is a short-term ESC volunteering team project focused on art, education, and community engagement. You’ll be based in Krosno, a city known for its cultural atmosphere, where the goal is simple: use creativity to connect people and build something meaningful locally.

It’s not just about participating. You’ll actively help create workshops, cultural events, and artistic experiences that involve the local community.

What You’ll Do

🎨 Organizing and delivering creative workshops on different themes
🧑‍🎨 Collaborating with artists and educators on cultural activities
🎭 Supporting the creation of events for the local community
🤝 Working in an international team of volunteers
🌱 Contributing to a shared creative space and learning environment

Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏠 Free accommodation in shared rooms within the art gallery building
🍽️ Food allowance and daily pocket money provided
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC rules
🍳 Access to a kitchen for preparing your own meals
🚶 No local transport needed as activities and accommodation are in the same place

Training & Learning

📚 Orientation week with organizational and cultural training
