About the Internship
This role is built around real event coordination in an international student environment. You wonβt just assist from the side β youβll be directly involved in organizing activities that shape the Erasmus experience in Las Palmas.
Itβs a practical setup where you learn how events are planned, promoted, and executed, while also understanding how communities are built through shared experiences.

Role Overview
Youβll support the planning and execution of events while contributing to community engagement and partnerships.
Event Planning & Coordination
π Assisting in organizing weekly events such as cultural nights, beach parties, and language exchanges
π Supporting logistics including venues, transport, materials, and scheduling
ποΈ Contributing to inter-island trips planning including accommodation and on-site coordination
Social Impact & ESN Activities
π± Co-organizing environmental actions like clean-up days and sustainability workshops
π€ Supporting social inclusion initiatives and local volunteering activities
πββοΈ Contributing to well-being events such as sports and mental health activities
π Collaborating with local organizations for joint initiatives
Partnerships & Sponsorships
π Researching potential collaborations with local businesses
π© Assisting in partnership proposals and sponsor communication
Community Engagement
π Representing the organization at events and creating a welcoming environment
π Supporting Erasmus students in their integration process
π€ Participating in national-level meetings and network activities
