🎯 Age: 18–35
📚 Background in Communication for Development or similar
🗣️ Intermediate Spanish required for daily work
🌍 Strong interest in advocacy, human rights, and environmental issues
🏔️ Ability to adapt to high-altitude conditions
🤝 Commitment to working with indigenous communities
⚠️ Completion of ESC Humanitarian Aid training required
⚠️ No prior long-term participation in this strand
