🧠 About the Activity
A Poem Called 2026: Visions for a Brighter Future is a one-hour online e-learning workshop designed to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, and creatively envision the year ahead. Through mindfulness, poetry, and non-formal education, participants are invited to shape their intentions for 2026 — not as a rigid plan, but as an unfolding, heartfelt poem.

This session is a follow-up to the Erasmus+ project “The Poetic Way to Live in the World” and offers a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental learning space.

✨ What You Will Experience
🌬️ Short mindfulness and breathing practices
✍️ Coaching-inspired reflective questions
📝 Guided poetic writing and creative expression
💬 Optional sharing in a safe and inclusive environment

No previous experience in poetry, mindfulness, or coaching is required.

🎒 What to Prepare (Optional)
Paper, old magazines, colours, scissors, glue — and one image you feel connected to (digital or printed).

👥 Who Can Participate
Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, volunteering mentors, youth coaches, young people, and anyone interested in poetry and creative reflection.

🎓 Facilitators
• Sara Marzo — trainer, ecosomatic coach & mindfulness facilitator; founder of VulcanicaMente APS
• Eleni Kardamitsi — trainer, coach & LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator; founder of Hellenic Youth Participation
Both facilitators have 15+ years of experience in youth work.
