🌍 About the Project
Discover the Library and Multicentrum in Kwidzyn, where technology, creativity, and education empower people of all ages.
🌟 Key Activities:
- Organize interactive workshops in science, robotics, IT, and more.
- Guide classes for children and support library events.
- Lead language courses and engage in programming/coding with K’Nex and Lego.
- Promote global literature in the Book Club.
- Optional: Contribute to social media, videos, podcasts, and graphics.
🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport
🏠 Accommodation:
- Double room in a 3- or 4-bedroom shared flat.
- All bills covered (student standard).
🍴 Allowance:
- Monthly pocket money: 180 EUR + 700 PLN for food and personal expenses.
✈️ Travel Reimbursement:
- Costs reimbursed based on EU calculator (distance-dependent).
📚 Training and Support
- Pre-arrival preparation by your supporting organization.
- On-arrival and mid-term training by the Polish National Agency.
- Additional training by Akwedukt:
- Introduction to methods of working with kids.
- Monthly evaluations and skill-building sessions.
- Youthpass certification training.
👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for volunteers who are:
- Proactive, creative, and curious.
- Comfortable working with kids, teens, and adults.
- Ready to take initiative and implement their own ideas.
- Enthusiastic about community engagement and problem-solving.
Applicants from EU countries are prioritized for nationality balance.
