This project is built around real conversations with young people, not just activities on paper.

In Cherbourg 🇫🇷, you’ll be working inside a training centre where apprentices are preparing for their future careers — and your role is to support their personal development, awareness and openness to the world.

You’ll be the kind of person they talk to during breaks, workshops and daily moments — the one who helps turn ideas into discussions and discussions into action.

🧠 Take part in socio-educational projects and awareness campaigns
🎯 Lead interactive workshops during lunch breaks
💬 Engage young people on topics like:
🌱 Sustainability & environment
🧠 Mental health awareness
🚗 Road safety
🚫 Social challenges and lifestyle topics
🌍 Encourage international mobility and opportunities
🤝 Join meetings with other European volunteers
