🌍 Introduction
This Erasmus+ Training Course in Kozan offers a highly specialized learning experience focused on post-traumatic recovery, resilience building, and psychosocial support through nature-based methods. Set in a historic and natural environment, the programme combines eco-therapy, mindfulness, and non-formal education approaches to equip youth workers with practical intervention tools.
Participants will not only explore theoretical frameworks of trauma and resilience but also actively practice outdoor facilitation techniques, co-create tools, and gain competencies they can directly apply when working with young people affected by crisis, displacement, or challenging life conditions.
