✨ About the Training Course
This immersive training program is designed to empower youth workers and educators by enhancing their personal and professional well-being. Using a blend of creative methods, outdoor experiences, and reflective practices, participants will learn to build resilience, foster creativity, and create meaningful connections in a supportive environment.

1. Enhance Well-Being:
   • Equip youth workers with tools to nurture their personal and professional resilience.
2. Practical Tools & Methods:
   • Explore graphic facilitation techniques and creative approaches for engaging young people.
3. Foster Personal Growth:
   • Reflect on personal experiences, values, and goals for deeper self-awareness.
4. Incorporate Outdoor Practices:
   • Use nature-based activities to inspire mindfulness and offer fresh perspectives.

🎯 Who Can Apply?

• Youth workers, trainers, educators, leaders, project managers, and mentors.
• Participants must be 18+ and able to communicate in English.
• Individuals actively involved in youth work or education.

• Participation Fee: None.
• Accommodation & Meals: Fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.
• Travel Reimbursement: Based on Erasmus+ distance bands:
  • 10–99 km: €28
  • 100–499 km: €211
  • 500–1,999 km: €309
  • 2,000–2,999 km: €395
  • 3,000–3,999 km: €580
    (Only public transport and 2nd class fares are reimbursed. Private car or taxi costs are not covered.)
