CivicLab is designed as an intensive learning laboratory where youth workers step beyond theory and actively develop the competencies needed to create real impact in their communities. Built around experimentation, co-creation and innovation, this Erasmus+ training course connects civic engagement with practical youth work tools, enabling participants to transform ideas into concrete local actions and international collaborations.

What You Will Learn and Do
💻 Explore and practice digital tools specifically designed for youth work
🎨 Develop graphic skills and visual facilitation techniques (flipcharts, presentations, workshop design)
📢 Present your organisation and share at least one best practice implemented locally
🌍 Exchange experiences on civic engagement, participation and community mobilisation
🧩 Co-create new Erasmus+ project ideas with international partners
📈 Build a concrete action plan to implement in your sending organisation
🗣️ Strengthen facilitation, communication and youth participation skills

🏔️ Hosted in Valea Doftanei, a peaceful village in the Carpathian Mountains

Accommodation, Food and Logistics
🏨 Accommodation at Loussiana Inn in shared rooms (2–3 participants per room)
🚿 Each room has private bathroom facilities
📶 Free Wi-Fi available throughout the venue
🍽️ Food fully provided with vegetarian/vegan options upon request
🚆 Recommended travel via train to Câmpina station (pickup arranged)

Travel and Financial Conditions
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed after submission of all required documents
