The Playbook for Inclusion: Socio-Sports Leadership is an 8-day training course focused on supporting young sports educators who want to use sport as a tool of social inclusion. Aimed at youth organizations and non-formal education practitioners, the program seeks to promote diversity and increase awareness of gender equality through physical activity.

What Will You Do?
๐ Practical Inclusive Sports: Learn and lead activities like Colpball, Kinball, and Korfball designed for inclusivity.
โ๏ธ Gender Equity Workshops: Address gender balance and awareness within sports leadership.
๐ฒ Nature & Local Visits: Explore nature-based sports and visit local socio-sportive projects in the region.
๐ช Community Event: Collaboratively design and implement a social community sports event.
๐ Did You Know? Socio-sports leadership focuses on the “SPORT3” methodology, which emphasizes that the social impact of the game is just as important as the physical activity itself.
Eligibility & Requirements
๐ Who: Youth leaders, coaches, volunteers, or staff members working in or interested in the sports area.
๐ช Physical Condition: A good physical condition is required as this is a highly practical training course.
๐ฃ๏ธ Language: The main language is English; knowledge of Spanish is welcome but not required.
๐ต Mobile Policy: Participants are encouraged to use “off mode” for phones during activities to build an immersive social network.
Accommodation, Food & Travel
๐ Accommodation: Hosted at Casa Colรฒnies MOGENT in Llinars del Vallรจs in shared rooms and bathrooms divided by gender.
๐ฒ Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two coffee breaks provided daily via hostel, catering, or local restaurants.
๐งค What to Pack: Warm clothes for humid nights, sport shoes, flip flops for showers, and materials for the intercultural night.
