It is designed for youth workers and professionals who seek personal growth, resilience, and deeper self-awareness through nature-based learning and mindfulness practices.
🌍 Did You Know? The Czech Republic is known as the castle capital of the world, boasting over 2,000 castles and chateaus, the highest density per square mile in Europe.What Will You Do?
🌲 Immersive Nature Experience: Sleeping under the open sky and walking approximately 15 km daily.🧘 Mindfulness Practices: Engaging in meditations and reflection to develop a stronger inner compass.🎒 Resilience Challenges: Carrying all essentials in a backpack to encourage adaptability and courage.🤝 Community Connection: Sharing stories and overcoming challenges with like-minded professionals.🌍 Did You Know? Research shows that spending just 120 minutes a week in nature is associated with significantly better health and well-being, which is a core principle of this project.Eligibility & Requirements
👥 Target Group: Youth workers, trainers, leaders, educators, and mentors.🌍 Residency: Open to participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.💪 Adventurous Spirit: Ready to step out of comfort zones and sleep under the stars.🗣️ Language: High motivation and ability to work in English.Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏡 Accommodation: Shared living in nature; accommodation and food are covered.✈️ Travel: Costs will be reimbursed for the most affordable and direct way to reach the project.💰 Fee: There is a 50 EUR participation fee for selected participants.Key Information
