✨ About the Training Course
This training course equips youth workers, trainers, and educators with the tools to empower young people in exploring STEM education and digital work opportunities. It focuses on fostering digital entrepreneurship, innovation, and career adaptability, preparing youth for a dynamic labor market aligned with Youth Goal 7: Quality Employment for All.

- Ensure equal opportunities for young people to develop skills and practical experience to transition from education to employment.
- Provide access to quality information and support for navigating the future of work.
- Equip participants with tools to create impactful educational opportunities in digital entrepreneurship.
- Explore non-formal education methods to engage youth in career exploration and digital self-employability.
🎯 What You’ll Learn
- Foundations of STEM education and its relevance in youth work.
- Insights into digital work opportunities, including:
- Virtual assistance
- No-code programming
- Self-employment in the digital space
- Planning and implementing follow-up activities in local communities.
📋 Training Program Overview
- Days 1–2: Team building, participant orientation, and STEM foundations.
- Days 3–4: Exploring digital work opportunities and hands-on career exploration.
- Day 5: Collaborative planning of follow-up activities.
- Day 6: Wrap-up and departures.
👤 Who Should Apply?
- Participants: 30 youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, policymakers, or youth coaches.
- Eligibility: Residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, or Serbia.
- Open to youth workers with previous experience in local youth work activities and a keen interest in STEM education or digital entrepreneurship.
- Proficient in English.
🏠 Costs and Practicalities
- Participation Fee: None.
- Accommodation and Food: Fully covered by the organizers and funded within the Erasmus+ program.
- Travel Reimbursement:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina: Up to €211 (€285 for green travel).
- Germany: Up to €309 (€417 for green travel).
- Serbia: Up to €211 (€285 for green travel).
- Croatia: Up to €211 (€285 for green travel).
- Eco-Friendly Travel: Low-emission transport methods (bus, train, or carpooling) encouraged.
