🚀 Project Mission & Objectives

🎯 The mission is to bridge the gap between sports and social development. 🌍 Volunteers will lead English speaking clubs and creative workshops (arts, music, discussion) tailored to their own unique skills. 🎨

💡 By working alongside professional sports coaches and youth leaders, you will help promote European values and the ESC program through monthly major events. 📢 This is a laboratory for personal growth where you can upskill while bringing joy to the local youth. ❤️

🛠️ Your Role and Daily Tasks

🛌 You will stay at the TOHM Olympic Dormitory, which hosts professional athletes and ESC volunteers. 🏡 The facility offers 24/7 security, a gym, sauna, cafeteria (free coffee/tea), and common areas for socializing. ☕

🍽️ Three meals per day are provided. Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the ESC distance band. ✈️ Living in Bolu means being surrounded by breathtaking lakes and mountains, perfect for nature enthusiasts! 🌲

🎓 You will receive comprehensive orientation upon arrival, including city tours and facility introductions. 🛠️ Professional training on language teaching and event management will be provided by experts to help you excel in your role. 📜 You will also participate in trainings organized by the National Agency. 💡
