What Will You Do as an Intern?

🎓 Provide excellent customer service to international students from all over the world

📞 Assist with sales and handle student enquiries as a key point of contact for the academy

🎉 Help organise and coordinate student activities and events throughout the semester

🏨 Support the reception team as the first point of contact for students arriving at the academy

🌍 Work within a vibrant international team across 6 in-house brands in a dynamic language school environment

Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏠 A private room in a shared apartment with 2 other interns is available for only €300 per month — just 5 minutes from the beach

✈️ Please enquire about your Erasmus+ traineeship grant at the international office of your home university to support your living costs during the internship

☀️ You will be based in Puerto de la Cruz, one of Tenerife’s most charming and internationally vibrant towns

Training & Learning

🤝 You will gain real hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and hospitality within a busy international language school

🌐 You will be immersed in a multilingual, multicultural environment that will strengthen both your professional and language skills

Participant Profile

🗣️ A good command of both English and Spanish is mandatory — knowledge of German is considered a strong plus

😊 You have a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a strong interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds

💡 You are creative, positive, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced international environment
