💼 What You'll Do:
- 🌟 Support global citizenship education in schools.
- 🤝 Facilitate integration of diverse communities.
- 🎉 Organize events to promote our mission and activities.
- 💻 Manage social media and help with our website.
- 🌿 Assist in developing country projects, if available.
- 💡 Plan and execute volunteer-designed activities.
- 🎨 Summer support: Engage in summer camps for children.
🏠 What’s Provided?
- Accommodation: Shared apartment in Varese (double rooms). 🏡
- Allowance: €6/day pocket money + €160/month food allowance. 💶
- Travel reimbursement: As per EU guidelines. ✈️
- Location flexibility: Some activities will take place around Somma Lombardo, Milan, and nearby provinces.
📚 Training & Development
- 📅 On-Arrival Training by the Italian National Agency.
- 🛠 Local Training & Midterm Evaluation with GuardAvanti tutors.
Participant Profile:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:
- 🌟 Available: January/February–August 2025.
- 🌍 Legally EU-resident.
- 💡 Proactive, open-minded, and respectful.
- 🎓 Interested in education, human rights, and interculturality.
- 👩💻 Skilled in Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and Social Media.
- 🎨 Passionate about creativity, event organization, and inclusion.
- 🇮🇹 Basic Italian skills or motivation to learn.
