๐ About the Training
This Erasmus+ Training Course will take place in Marseille, France ๐ซ๐ท and focuses on preventing and addressing gender-based violence in international mobility projects.
Creating safer and more inclusive mobility projects requires awareness of gender-related dynamics and strengthened capacities to educate, prevent, and respond to gender-based violence. This training offers youth workers a reflective and practical space to deepen their competences and develop gender-sensitive approaches within Erasmus+ and ESC projects.
The programme is rooted in non-formal learning, peer exchange, and co-creation of knowledge.

โจ Reflect on your positioning regarding gender-related topics in youth work
โจ Develop sensitivity towards gender issues and diverse conceptual understandings
โจ Strengthen educational capacities to organise learning activities on gender and gender-based violence
โจ Understand mechanisms of violence and prevention strategies
โจ Identify risks and plan prevention activities in international youth organisations
โจ Explore legal frameworks and national contexts of gender-based violence
โจ Develop strategies to address and respond to situations of violence
โจ Create safer spaces where young people can be heard and supported
