🌍 About the Project

This ESC Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱 within an NGO office working on long-term ESC projects and international workcamps.

As a volunteer, you will gain direct insight into how international youth projects are designed, coordinated, and implemented. You will collaborate with coordinators and other office volunteers while being part of a wider group of international ESC volunteers active across the Mazovia region.

This role combines project management support, communication tasks, and youth activities in a dynamic international environment.

🎯 Volunteer Role

✨ Create infopacks, guides, and project materials
✨ Support recruitment and communication with volunteers and partners
✨ Develop social media and website content
✨ Visit volunteers in host organisations and document activities
✨ Promote international workcamps and assist with preparatory meetings
✨ Support documentation and organisational tasks
✨ Facilitate intercultural meetings and workshops in schools
✨ Organise integration activities for international ESC volunteers
