๐ About the Project
This ESC Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Warsaw, Poland ๐ต๐ฑ within an NGO office working on long-term ESC projects and international workcamps.
As a volunteer, you will gain direct insight into how international youth projects are designed, coordinated, and implemented. You will collaborate with coordinators and other office volunteers while being part of a wider group of international ESC volunteers active across the Mazovia region.
This role combines project management support, communication tasks, and youth activities in a dynamic international environment.

โจ Create infopacks, guides, and project materials
โจ Support recruitment and communication with volunteers and partners
โจ Develop social media and website content
โจ Visit volunteers in host organisations and document activities
โจ Promote international workcamps and assist with preparatory meetings
โจ Support documentation and organisational tasks
โจ Facilitate intercultural meetings and workshops in schools
โจ Organise integration activities for international ESC volunteers
