🎓🇩🇪 Erasmus+ Training Course in Germany “The Art of Discovery” 🧭 Master the Craft of Facilitation 🇩🇪

🌍 “The Art of Discovery” is an international Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Garlstedt, close to Bremen, Germany, designed for experienced youth workers, trainers and facilitators who want to deepen their competences in facilitating learning and designing educational programmes in non-formal education.

🧠 This course focuses on intentionally designing meaningful learning experiences. Facilitating learning goes beyond delivering activities — it requires understanding how learning happens, structuring educational processes, adapting to group dynamics and responding to emerging opportunities.

Participants will explore how to define learning objectives, structure programmes, choose appropriate methods and critically reflect on their role, attitudes and responsibilities as facilitators.
