This unique training course invites youth workers, leaders, trainers, and project managers to reimagine conflict not as a problem to solve, but as a language to understand. By delving into the roots of conflict, participants will learn how to decode its messages and transform tension into creativity, growth, and resilience.

• Enhance participants’ ability to facilitate dialogue and understanding in diverse contexts.

• Participants: 38 youth workers, leaders, trainers, project managers, policymakers, and volunteering mentors.
• Open to individuals committed to exploring innovative approaches to conflict transformation.
• Proficient in English.
