The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint agency of the United Nations (UN) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) based in Geneva, Switzerland, is offering a remote internship within its globally recognised SheTrades Initiative.
SheTrades empowers women entrepreneurs and producers worldwide by improving access to knowledge, markets, networks, and global trade opportunities, while shaping inclusive and sustainable trade policies.

๐๏ธ Starting from 15 February 2026
๐ฏ Main Responsibilities
๐ Support global advocacy events such as the SheTrades Summit, G20 side events, policy dialogues, and webinars
๐จ Draft invitations, follow-ups, and support outreach to diverse stakeholders
๐ข Contribute to communication materials, social media content, and the SheTrades website
๐ค Assist in project coordination with internal teams and external partners
๐ Support business development and ITC-wide trainings on gender and disability inclusion
๐งฉ Assist policy dialogues related to WTO and womenโs business associations
๐ Support data collection, monitoring, and evaluation by updating databases and platforms
๐ Eligibility & Academic Background
Applicants must meet one of the following:
๐ Enrolled in a graduate programme
๐ Enrolled in the final year of a bachelorโs degree
๐ Graduated within the last year
Relevant fields include international trade, business, economics, law, sustainable development, or related areas.
๐ฃ๏ธ Language Requirements
English required
Another UN language is an asset
๐ป Skills & Competencies
๐ Strong organisational and analytical skills
๐ฅ๏ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
๐ฑ Familiarity with social media and digital tools
โ๏ธ Strong written and oral communication skills
๐ฐ Financial Conditions
