An intensive Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers who want to strengthen creative confidence, innovation skills, and Design Thinking competences to better support young people in shaping their personal and professional lives. The training is built on experiential learning and hands-on practice, helping participants first experience Design Thinking themselves and then transfer it to youth work contexts.
