An intensive Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers who want to strengthen creative confidence, innovation skills, and Design Thinking competences to better support young people in shaping their personal and professional lives. The training is built on experiential learning and hands-on practice, helping participants first experience Design Thinking themselves and then transfer it to youth work contexts.

The project responds to real organisational challenges across Europe, such as adapting to change, responding to diverse youth needs, and supporting young people to prepare for a changing labour market.

🔞 Youth workers aged 18+
🗣️ Intermediate to advanced level of English
🧑‍🏫 Regularly working with young people and designing activities

🔥 Motivated, open-minded, and ready to cooperate in multicultural teams
📣 Committed to dissemination and follow-up activities after the training

🌱 Applicants with fewer opportunities or currently unemployed are encouraged to apply.
