An intensive Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers and educators who want to strengthen their knowledge, facilitation skills, and practical tools in global education. Through experiential and non-formal learning, participants will explore global challenges and learn how to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging sessions that empower young people to become informed and active global citizens.

📚 Learning Objectives
🌱 Increase knowledge and understanding of key global education themes
🎓 Strengthen facilitation skills using non-formal and participatory methods
🧩 Develop competences to design, implement, and evaluate global education sessions
🔥 Boost motivation and confidence to act as global educators and community change agents
The training is strongly based on experiential learning, with continuous reflection, debriefing, and feedback. Participants will prepare and deliver their own global education sessions, supported by coaching from the trainers’ team.
👩🏫 Trainers
🧭 The learning process will be guided by Andreea Oglagea and Victoria Carasava, experienced trainers in non-formal education, global education, sustainable development, gender equality, human rights, and social inclusion.
👥 Who Can Apply
🧑🏫 Youth workers and educators linked to an active youth organisation with a valid OID
🤝 Members or close collaborators of youth organisations
🎓 Beginners or early-stage facilitators in non-formal education
🌍 Individuals with solid understanding of at least one global issue
🗣️ Good command of English
🔞 Participants aged 18+ with legal residence in an eligible country
✈️ Available to travel to Romania and attend the full programme
📣 Committed to organising follow-up activities in their local communities
