About the Training Course
Art of Building Communities (ABC) is an international Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers, facilitators, educators, NGO members, and community builders (18+) who want to explore how communities are consciously and unconsciously created, sustained, and transformed.
In a world of fragmentation, burnout, and short-term projects, ABC focuses on building healthy, nourishing, and resilient communities. The training approaches communities not just as functional structures, but as living systems shaped by relationships, emotions, rituals, shared meaning, and power dynamics.
