Bridges of Change is a long-term European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project coordinated by SEMPER AVANTI in Wroclaw, Poland. The project focuses on supporting local communities—especially children—through creative, cultural, educational, and intercultural activities while promoting the values of solidarity, inclusion, and active citizenship.

🎯 Main Activities
🎨 Lead creative, cultural, and language workshops for children
🌍 Organise events and exhibitions to showcase cultures and diversity
📣 Promote Erasmus+ and ESC values through outreach activities
📱 Create inspiring content for social media and communication channels
🤝 Support daily tasks of local partner organisations
🧩 Contribute to building open, inclusive, and connected communities
