“Knowing the Drawing” is a vibrant Erasmus+ training experience hosted in Tleń, Poland 🇵🇱, designed to equip youth workers, educators, trainers and mentors with visual thinking tools, graphic facilitation skills, and creative communication techniques to engage young people more effectively.
This unique training brings together participants from across Europe to explore visual storytelling, intercultural communication, infographics, note-taking, and creative non-formal learning tools that help turn complex ideas into accessible messages.

💬 About the Project

The training addresses the real needs of youth workers who struggle to engage young people using traditional methods. Inspired by research and field observations—especially in rural areas—the course introduces graphic facilitation as a creative, accessible method that enhances communication, stimulates participation, and makes educational sessions more inclusive and engaging.
Participants will explore visual tools and creative methods that simplify complex topics and improve group interaction.

👥 Participant Profile

• 18+ youth workers, educators, trainers & mentors
• Experience in youth work (workshops, mentoring, organising activities)
• Open-minded, curious, and motivated to grow
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Strong interest in using visuals & creativity in education
• Good English communication skills

🏡 Accommodation & Meals

• Shared rooms for 2–4 people
• 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Coffee & tea breaks during sessions
• Dietary needs can be accommodated (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)

✈️ Travel & Costs

All project-related costs (accommodation, meals, training) are covered by Erasmus+.
Travel costs are reimbursed according to the official Erasmus+ distance bands.
Reimbursement requires original tickets, invoices, and boarding passes.

Arrival: 16 January (after 14:00)
Departure: 25 January (before 10:00)
