๐Ÿ’› About the Project

Many young people navigate life carrying attachment patterns formed long before they understood them โ€” chasing closeness, avoiding vulnerability, fearing abandonment, or seeking control to feel safe. These patterns influence friendships, romantic relationships, teamwork, communication, conflict and emotional resilience.

This project creates a safe, inclusive and human space where participants can:

  • Explore their own attachment style
  • Understand how early experiences shape current emotions
  • Build empathy, trust, and emotional awareness
  • Learn regulation and resilience
  • Strengthen peer-support networks
  • Develop healthier relationship habits
  • Grow personally through storytelling, reflection, community and nature

The programme is grounded in the work of Bowlby and Ainsworth, exploring secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganised attachment patterns โ€” NOT as therapy, but as a guided experiential youth-friendly learning process.

โ€œEvery secure relationship is a gift to the child inside you who longed for safety.โ€

๐ŸŽฏ Objectives
