✨ Project Overview

Join Podobri Foundation in Shumen, Bulgaria, and become a driving force behind a dynamic youth community!
This ESC project empowers you to unleash your creativity, craft inspiring content, and engage with local youth while promoting European values and opportunities.

You’ll work alongside informal groups and NGOs to strengthen Shumen’s cultural scene, elevate youth visibility, and share positive stories both online (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and offline (schools, universities, events).

💡 What You’ll Do

• 🎥 Create social media content and storytelling campaigns
• 💬 Promote Erasmus+ and ESC mobility opportunities
• 🤝 Support youth events, workshops, and presentations
• 🧠 Learn digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing
• ✍️ Write creative posts and articles for blogs and youth portals
• 🌍 Build communities and networks that inspire active citizenship

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel

• Shared apartment in Shumen – private bedroom, shared kitchen & bathroom
• Monthly allowance covers food, transport, and pocket money
• Travel costs reimbursed within set limits
• All utilities and essentials included

🎓 Training & Mentoring

• National Agency On-Arrival Training
• Orientation & introduction to Podobri’s goals and mission
• Access to MOOC courses on youth work, content creation, and digital skills
• Daily mentoring, brainstorming sessions, and peer learning support

👤 Who Can Apply

Motivated, curious young people (18–30) who are:

• Passionate about content creation and youth empowerment
• Excited to create TikToks, Reels, and visual storytelling content
• Interested in community building and event organisation
• Eager to promote Eurodesk and youth opportunities locally

Preferred profiles: participants skilled in video editing, visual design, or digital storytelling.
