This six-day training course brings together youth workers, educators, and mentors from across Europe ๐ช๐บ to explore new educational tools and methodologies that make youth work more inclusive, participatory, and impactful.
In a world of rapid digital change and social challenges, the course empowers participants to bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides, developing innovative ways to strengthen young peopleโs voices in their communities. ๐ฌโจ
๐ก Objectives
The training aims to:
๐ช Enhance youth work competences for inclusive and innovative engagement.
๐ Promote non-formal education and creative learning methods.
๐ค Foster cooperation and exchange of experiences among youth organisations.
๐ง Develop tools for local community action and civic participation.
๐ Inspire participants to integrate new practices into their daily work.
By the end of the course, participants will have designed concrete action plans to implement in their own local contexts โ turning ideas into action! ๐ก๐
