🌍 Project Overview
The Tribe is not a classic Erasmus+ Youth Exchange. It is an intense, immersive and role-based experience where young people become part of a tribe struggling to survive, evolve, and possibly dominate. From the very first day, participants leave behind their countries, routines, and comfort zones. Nations disappear. Tribes are born.

Across nine days, different tribes will rise or fall as they move through symbolic “ages of humanity.” Alliances will be built, conflicts will emerge, leaders will rise, and some tribes may disappear completely. Participation is absolute. Phones are forbidden during activities. Commitment is non-negotiable.

This project is for those who want to live an experience, not observe it.

📍 Location
Menorca, Spain 🇪🇸
A Mediterranean island setting that becomes the stage for tribal evolution, confrontation, cooperation, and survival. Accommodation is close to the beach and historic city centre, with enough space to fully host the immersive experience.

This project is not suitable for tourists, passive participants, or those unable to fully commit.

🧩 Core Concept
Each participant becomes a member of a tribe. Tribes are mixed internationally and represented by totem animals, values, strengths, and worldviews. Countries no longer exist. Cultural nights become tribal nights. Traditional dances are replaced by newly created rituals.

Some tribes will grow strong and advance.
Some will stagnate.
Some will disappear.
