About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about sustainability, community work, and social inclusion? Join Associazione Antigóna and JUKUS GmbH in Graz, Austria, for a transformative ESC experience supporting local community centers that promote healthy lifestyles, civic participation, and environmental awareness.
You’ll become part of a multicultural team creating positive change in Graz’s neighborhoods — helping organize community events, promoting sustainable practices, and connecting residents of different backgrounds and generations. The project empowers volunteers to take real action for a more inclusive, environmentally conscious society.

🧭 Ideal Participant Profile
🌍 Italian resident, aged 18–30
💬 Communicative, proactive, and organized
🌿 Genuinely interested in sustainability and community development
🎨 Comfortable using office tools and social media platforms
🧠 Background or curiosity in social work, education, or pedagogy is appreciated
🗣️ Motivated to learn German (English is sufficient to start)

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Support
Volunteers will live in a student dormitory in Graz, in a single room within a shared apartment. You’ll receive €330 per month for food and €210 pocket money for personal expenses.
Your round-trip travel from Italy to Austria will be fully reimbursed, and you’ll get a public transport pass or bicyclefor local commuting. Full health insurance is covered under the EU ESC program.
You’ll also take part in three official trainings (pre-departure, on-arrival, and final), a German language course, and continuous mentoring to ensure both personal and professional growth.
