🌍 About the Project

This ESC volunteering opportunity gives you the chance to join FS1’s international media team, where you’ll take part in TV production, creative storytelling, and community media projects.

You’ll work alongside professionals and volunteers to produce a “user-generated TV programme”, learn video production skills, and support media literacy initiatives.

FS1 promotes inclusion, education, and cultural participation — making it a perfect environment for anyone passionate about creative media and social impact. 🎥🌍

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🎓 Training & Mentorship

Volunteers will participate in:

• 🎬 FS1 Academy – hands-on training in TV production, camera operation, editing, and broadcasting
• 🧭 On-arrival & mid-term trainings (by the Austrian National Agency)
• 💡 Continuous mentoring by FS1’s professional team

After initial training, you’ll develop your own creative TV project, broadcasted on air and online! 📺

👩‍💻 Participant Profile

We’re looking for:

• Passionate and motivated young people (18–30)
• Interest in media, communication, or audiovisual production
• Creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn independently
• No prior experience required — training provided!
• A driver’s license is a plus
