📖 Project Description

Volunteering Teams with S&G 2025, hosted by Sistem ve Jenerasyon Derneği (S&G), gives young people the chance to experience NGO life, social engagement, and international networking in the heart of Ankara.

Volunteers will take part in:

• 🏢 Office tasks → social media management, webpage updates, YouthTelegraph magazine design
• 🤝 Community interventions → supporting refugees, kindergartens, disabled service centres, schools
• 🌱 Environmental activities → applying the 7Rs (Re-think, Re-use, Repair, Re-gift, Reduce, Refuse, Recycle)
• 🌍 Networking → supporting collaborations with ALF, ENYC, PLATFORM Network, GLORE Network, Euclid Network & CEV
• 🎭 Cultural activities → organizing Conversation Clubs & youth events

This project offers a unique mix of community impact and professional development in an international environment.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• 🏡 Accommodation at S&G Youth Guesthouse: Details here
• 🍴 Food allowance: 180 EUR/month
• 💶 Pocket money: 6 EUR/day
• 🚍 Travel costs reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules (volunteers must keep all original receipts)

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for motivated volunteers who are:

• 🌍 Interested in community engagement, NGO life & intercultural exchange
• 💡 Open to working in diverse activities (office, community, environment)
• ✨ Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
• 🗣️ Comfortable communicating in English (basic level is enough)
