Applicants aged 18–30 from eligible European countries with interests in:

• Arts, film, photography, media, and culture
• Cultural and event management
• Community work and creative expression
  Must not be enrolled as a student or employed during the volunteering period.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

• Support and organize cultural events
• Maintain and manage cultural venue spaces
• Contribute to communication and media content
• Develop and lead a personal creative project
• Be an active team member of the Bäckerei collective
