🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Motivated young people aged 18–30 who love working with children and youth, enjoy creativity, and are open to other cultures. Basic English skills are helpful. Skills in dance, music, sport, chess, languages, or digital content creation (photo/video/social media) are especially welcome. Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to take initiative are essential.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:
– Support children’s cultural and leisure activities (music, dance, crafts) 🎨
– Participate in organizing community events like Children’s Day and summer camps 🎈
– Share your own hobbies: sports, chess, languages, falconry, and more! 🏸
– Help manage social media and create multimedia content 📸
– Collaborate with educators and other volunteers to design fun programs 🤝
