🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Open to 5 young participants (18–30 years old) + 1 youth leader (no age limit) from each participating country. Applicants must:

• Be fluent in English (B2 minimum)
• Be physically fit for a continuous cycling journey
• Have a genuine interest in healthy living, lifestyle coaching, well-being, or movement
• Be legal residents of Bulgaria, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:

• 🚴‍♀️ Cycle over 150 km across Friesland with a multinational group
• 🗣️ Share your story during Human Library community events
• 🤝 Inspire local people to embrace wellness and movement
• 🏞️ Experience 4 unique stops: Leeuwarden, Sint Annaparochie, Terschelling, and Goïngarijp
• 🧘‍♂️ Engage in intercultural exchange, reflection, and storytelling sessions
