🎯 Your Role & Tasks
- 🛠️ Work-Training Support: Guide participants in repairs, gardening & creative projects
- 🎨 Workshop Leadership: Plan & lead social, artistic & skill-building sessions
- 📦 Space Coordination: Manage materials, communication & logistics at Mästeriet
- 🤝 Network Collaboration: Join SIP teams in logistics, maintenance & creative initiatives
- 📚 Toolkit Development: Create manuals, guides & systems to empower future volunteers
- 💡 Your Ideas Matter: Pitch and implement your own projects in a supportive environment
🏠 What’s Included
- 🛏️ Private room in shared volunteer housing

- 🗣️ Swedish lessons to boost your language skills
- 🎓 ESC on-arrival & mid-term trainings (max 35 hrs/week)
