🧠 ABOUT THE PROJECT

Are you a creative Italian youth interested in digital communication, nonprofit work and event coordination?
This ESC volunteering project hosted by Fundacja PROM offers you the chance to contribute to the promotion, social media, and event planning of a dynamic NGO based in the heart of Wrocław!

You will:

• Manage social media accounts and publish regular updates
• Create visual content, flyers, posts and promo videos
• Take part in events, take pictures and videos
• Support logistics and promotion of group activities
• Coordinate events and local initiatives for other ESC volunteers
• Help with office inventory and admin support

🏠 ACCOMMODATION & FINANCIAL SUPPORT

• 🏘 Shared flat with other European volunteers (double room)
• 🍽 150€/month pocket money + ~150€ food allowance
• 🚍 Public transport pass + travel to/from Poland reimbursed

🧑‍🎓 TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Pre-departure training in Italy
• On-arrival & mid-term trainings in Poland
• 4 hours/week Polish language lessons

✅ PARTICIPANT PROFILE

🔹 Aged 18–30, Italian resident only
🔹 Interested in NGO work, communication & event management
🔹 Fluent in English (Polish is a plus)
🔹 Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe InDesign)
🔹 Photography, video editing & social media skills
🔹 Creative, flexible, responsible, communicative
🔹 Previous experience in event coordination is a big advantage
