🎯 About the Project:
Join the team at UNIKIDSLEIPZIG, where educators follow a situational pedagogical approach with a strong focus on free play, democratic participation, and child-led learning. As a volunteer, you’ll:

• Support educators in daily tasks 👩‍🏫
• Encourage children’s self-expression and participation 🗣️
• Help create a respectful, inclusive, and engaging environment for early learning 🌱

🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Transport:
✅ Shared furnished apartment with 1–2 other volunteers 🏠
✅ Monthly meal allowance + pocket money 💰🍽️
✅ Local transport ticket (Bildungsticket) 🚍

📚 Training & Support:

• German language course based on your current level 🇩🇪
• On-Arrival & Mid-Term ESC seminars 🎓
• Networking with fellow ESC volunteers in Leipzig 🌍

👥 Who Can Apply?
We welcome motivated volunteers (18–30 y.o.) who:
✔️ Are passionate about working with children 👧👦
✔️ Speak English well or have basic German
✔️ Preferably have experience in education/social work
✔️ Have measles vaccination proof (mandatory in Germany) 💉
✔️ Are open, responsible, and eager to learn 🤗
